Projects

As early as possible, ideally before the drawings. Involved from the start, we can validate feasibility, frame the budget and avoid costly rework. A project that is already designed is still welcome: we take over at any stage.

We deliver residential projects (custom homes, major renovations, additions), multi-residential projects (condos, plexes, developments for developers), commercial and industrial projects. Each world has its own team and its own methods, with the same standard of quality.

Every luxury home is a new build, but the reverse is not true. Luxury comes down to the level of detail: noble materials, architectural millwork, tighter tolerances and more extensive design support. The rigour of execution is the same on every one of our sites.

We work mainly in Greater Montreal and on the South Shore. For a project outside that area, write to us: we assess each request case by case.

Residential is for homeowners: a single point of contact and personalized support from the drawings to the handover of keys. Commercial and industrial are for businesses: firm schedules, rigorous compliance and planned execution so your operations are never interrupted.

Both. Major renovations (rebuilt structures, open volumes, additions) make up a significant share of our residential work, including on heritage buildings.

Process

You reach us through the contact form or by phone. Next comes a meeting to understand your needs, constraints and goals. You then receive a clear estimate, followed by a detailed quote. No commitment, no grey areas.

Four stages: analysis (needs, constraints, goals, initial estimate), planning (transparent budget, schedule, permits), coordination (trades, suppliers, work sequence) and follow-up (documented progress, inspections, delivery). You always know where your project stands.

Every project is unique: a major renovation generally takes 4 to 8 months, a custom home 10 to 14 months, and multi-residential or commercial projects vary with their scale. The precise schedule is set at the planning stage, and it holds.

It depends on the scope of the work. When possible, we phase the site to preserve livable, clean and safe areas. When it is not, we tell you plainly at the planning stage so you can make arrangements.

Yes. We regularly collaborate with architects, designers and engineers, whether yours or professionals from our network. Our approach is attentive to architecture and design.

Warranties and compliance

Yes. Perri Construction holds a general contractor licence from the Régie du bâtiment du Québec (RBQ 1234-5678-01), along with the insurance and bonding required for all of its sites.

All of our work is covered by the legal and contractual warranties applicable in Quebec. For new residential construction, the guarantee plan protection applies. The precise details are documented in every contract, before work begins.

There is no single price: cost depends on floor area, materials, structural complexity and the level of finish. That is why every project starts with an analysis and a clear estimate, before any commitment. You know where you are going before you leave.

The budget is set transparently at the quote stage, and every decision made during construction is documented and approved before it is executed. No surprises on the invoice: that is how we have worked for three generations.

The unexpected is part of construction. How it is managed is what sets a good contractor apart. Every issue is flagged quickly, costed, explained and submitted for your approval before any action is taken. You stay in control of the budget and the decisions.
